"I started to do Pilates with Emilie Miller more than a year and a half ago. I was in the middle of the trauma of an ankle injury and starved to exercise, but too scared to make my injury worse. I connected with Emilie from the very beginning. "Emilie has been my Pilates instructor for almost three years and in that time she has really helped me understand my body and what my main issues are.
